If you are a former student and need to request your official high school transcript for college/university applications, employment, ID or benefits purposes please complete the form below. We will review your request and ensure student completion of a Graduation Alliance program.

Please allow 3-5 days for processing; 7-10 days for processing during registration periods or at the end of a semester. Transcript requests are processed in the order in which they are received.
